At Millennium Air Hostess Academy, we follow a strict no-refund policy. By enrolling in any of our training programs, students and parents acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Non-Refundable Fees
• All payments made towards registration fees, admission fees, course fees, installments, or any other charges are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
• This includes, but is not limited to, situations where the student:
• Voluntarily withdraws from the course.
• Fails to attend classes due to personal reasons.
• Is unable to continue due to medical or family matters.
• Is expelled due to misconduct, poor attendance, grooming non-compliance, or violation of Academy rules.
2. Cancellations
• Once admission is confirmed and fee payment is made, no cancellation requests will be entertained.
• Discontinuation of the course at any stage does not entitle the student/parent to any refund or adjustment of fees.
3. Acknowledgement
• By paying the course fees, the student/parent acknowledges full understanding of this No-Refund Policy and agrees to abide by it.
